Keto Pan Fried Steak with Spinach & Sun Dried Tomatoes

This keto pan fried steak with spinach and sun dried tomatoes is an easy and tasty low carb dinner that will make you feel like you were in a restaurant! Each serving has only 1.9g net carbs!



Ingredients
3 strip steaks (I used semi boneless strip steaks)
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
4 basil leaves, chopped
4 cups spinach, chopped
2 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled

Instructions
3-5 minutes each side steak
saute garlic, tomatoes, basil for 1 minutes and then add the spinach and turn off. Fold in cheese.  3 servings
Heat up a cast iron skillet to medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
